Payroll Tax Filing Services

Form 941, 940, and every required state filing, remitted on the actual deadline.

Is this you?

You've hired someone in a new state and aren't sure you're registered for withholding and unemployment there.

You've filed a 941 late before, or you're not sure the last one was right.

You got a payroll tax notice from the IRS or a state and don't know who should respond to it.

If any of those sound familiar, or call +1 (305) 819-3675.

A Missed Filing Starts the Penalty Clock With No Warning

Remote hires create state payroll tax nexus in weeks. Miss a withholding registration or a quarterly 941, and the state penalty clock starts automatically, often with no warning letter before the first penalty notice arrives.

Why employers trust us with their filings

  • We register you before the deadline, not after the notice.

Withholding and unemployment insurance registration gets confirmed or set up in every state you have an employee, before the filing is due.

  • Filings tie back to your books every quarter.

Payroll totals are reconciled to your general ledger each quarter, so your books, your 941s and your W-2s tell the same story.

  • If a notice arrives, the same team that filed responds to it.

Enrolled Agents on our team are licensed to represent employers before the IRS and state agencies, so a notice gets a real response, not a forwarded ticket.

Questions

Payroll Tax Filing FAQ

What is Form 941 and how often is it filed?

Form 941 is the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return: it reports wages paid and federal income, Social Security, and Medicare taxes withheld. It's filed four times a year, with deadlines the last day of the month following each quarter's end.

What is Form 940?

Form 940 reports and calculates your Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) liability. It's filed annually, by January 31 for the prior year.

Do you handle payroll tax filings in states outside Florida?

Yes. Multi-state payroll tax filing is one of the most common reasons employers switch to us: we register for withholding and unemployment insurance and file every required return in each state you have an employee.

What happens if I already have an IRS or state payroll-tax notice?

We respond for you. Enrolled Agents on our team are licensed to represent employers before the IRS and state agencies, and most payroll-tax notices are resolvable when someone takes them seriously, fast.
